FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I WASH/CARE FOR MY CLOTHING?

Please ensure that all clothing is washed inside out on a setting no higher than a 30 degree wash, with similar colours and using a gentle/non-abrasive detergent. Clothing must be air dried and NOT tumble dried as this will cause the print to fade. Ironing is best done inside out also.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

We aim to answer many of the questions we get asked below to save you time contacting us - however we understand your question may not be answered, or you may want more details, and we are more than happy to hear from you if that is the case! The best way to contact us is via email - for general inquiries or anything related to an order the address to use is sales@thirteensupply.co.

We aim to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible - normally same day (Monday-Friday 9-5) but being small team sometimes during busy periods this could take a few days - thank you for your patience if this is the case!

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED CONFIRMATION/TRACKING

Please remember to check your junk/promotions folder as sometimes these emails like to get lost in there. If possible, check any alternative accounts you have, as well as confirming the information has been entered and spelt correctly. If you are still having trouble finding your confirmation please email us at sales@thirteensupply.co and we will be happy to try and help you.

MY ORDER INCLUDES A PRE-ORDER

If your order includes a pre-order, it will be stated in the product description so please check for an estimated shipping date there. We currently have heavy canvas jackets and some mugs on pre-order. If your order contains other products, everything will be sent together once ready so if you need items sooner, you may need to consider placing two separate orders.

HOW DOES YOUR CLOTHING FIT?

Our fits are all UNISEX unless stated otherwise. Each of our clothing items on our website should have an attached size guide near in the description with more information regarding the sizes and fit of that item. Clothing tends to be "true to size" unless stated otherwise (oversized/boxy for example). Sizing always depends on preference so if you have any issues we can look to offer exchanges for unworn & unwashed clothing within the 30 day period. If you require more detailed information please contact us.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

The best thing to do is to sign up to our newsletter as we regularly post about restocks, current products and up to date information. Many of our items are restocked however some have a limited run so we recommend grabbing the items you want as soon as possible to avoid disappointment! If an item is placed into "Last Chance" we will not be restocking, unfortunately.

WHAT IS SCREEN PRINTING?

In short screen printing is a technique of creating an image or pattern by forcing ink onto a surface through a screen of fine meshed material. The ink is forced through by hand using a tool called a squeegee that is pulled over the screen. Each colour is printed separately using individual screens. Yes, we’re based in Middlesbrough, and we offer in-studio purchases or a FREE click-and-collect service, our address and opening times are below:

Opening Times: MON - FRI - 9:30 am to 4:30 pm

Please check out "Shipping Page" for any disruptions to our usual opening hours - we are a small team of 3 and sometimes our shop may be closed for annual leave.

Yes! If you live locally and would like to pick up your order to save on shipping fees please use the click and collect option at checkout. You will be sent an email when your order is ready for collection.
